Hotel is strategically located in kulai. There are many food and shops nearby within walking distance. Service staff lack of smile but the overall stay in this hotel was good.

Even the hotel is far away from JB, but stay here is good if you're coming from Senai, close to Airport and Premium Outlet.

Good location with a lot of eateries within walking distance 😄 comfortable stay, will be back if we’re around the area again!
Downside — there are only 4 parking lots that officially belong to the hotel but no worries hotel staff will still advise where to park.

Only 2 towels provided, no hand or face towels...
Extra pillow to protect my son from falling off charges additional RM 30 which at the high side...
End up we declined the offer....

The receptionists are very friendly, the hotel is very clean. The location is also not bad.

Good location. Walking distance to Aeon Mall. Friendly staff, change a new tv remote to me immediately after i call to them. Just i wonder why some of them never know that Johor parking only free on Friday.😆 They told me weekend is free parking. Then i went outside, everybody told me have to pay parking.
Room is clean. Got water dispenser.

Even though i gave 5 stars, still got room for improvement. Hair dryer cannot use no.2 as it is auto switch off for too hot, have to wait it to cool down and use no 1 only. And always forgot to switch on water heater button outside which other hotel is auto hot water. That's my only.feedback
